On April 23, UNESCO promotes International Book Day on a global level. At CIG, we love reading. We praise and celebrate the imagination and magic of books to such an extent that we can say that every day is Book Day for us.
CIG and families have been preparing and organizing special activities to make this day as special as possible. One of these activities included creating mixed-aged groups in which students taught each other about their favourite theatre pieces, books, and favourite writers. Everyone shared their own personal tastes while also being exposed to new perspectives.
We think we were able to capture the love of reading through these photos and videos taken during the week.
